A photo or barcode search helps identify candidate listings, not whether they are identical. Compare the model number, seller, quantity and total after delivery for each result before choosing one.
For furniture, use a room preview only as a visual aid and measure the actual space against the product dimensions. If an existing order has a problem, open support from that order so the seller and transaction details are available; browsing a new listing will not answer an order-specific question.
